POP’s Edition We enjoy going to the bookstore of publishing house Academia to buy books. But we were always sad that their graphic design was low level. So we decided to offer our services to the publisher and proposed a new design of the Literary Edition. However, it wasn’t realized, they chose a different design. We were sorry, so we at least posted the unrealized design on our website.
Coincidentally, the head of the Akropolis publishing house, Filip Tomáš, noticed it there and asked us if it would be possible to use this concept for his new project, the POP’s edition, where they were preparing translation works on the topic of pop culture. The graphics were based on the concept of a mesh in which pictograms were created in the form of pixels and derived from specific themes.
