The third book that Kateřina Winterová and I prepared is Herbarium from the Garden. The book is a pictorial guide for a gardener who is curious, not afraid of failure (snails, molds, aphids), and not satisfied with just buying seedlings in globalized market. The herbarium is a mentor for garden works, growing from seed to harvest; showing the history and lesser-known crop cultivars. Everything we manage to grow, we can cook ourselves by following many recipes - I think that’s the best thing about the book.

Photographs are done by Jiří Hroník. He had to take a lot of them in two years. His photographs are supplemented with period illustrations, which divide individual chapters.
